Moz local is the best and most affordable option for getting your business data consistent across all digital platforms and listings. They provide a great analysis tool, and their platform is very user-friendly.

I'ver been trusting the Moz brand now for over 1 years at work. I find their products and Whiteboard Fridays with Ran to be very useful when conducting keyword research and doing local citation building. I am a current ongoing customer of Moz Local and use it to help boost citations and local listings for my clients. In the past year they recently made changes to their dashboard and how you upload your business information. The portal used to be very confusing and had minimal field to fill out and submit. What I like now about moz local is being able to track my works clients and updated local SEO score and find NAP inconsistencies across well known aggregators and other trusted listing sites. They now have better options to upload images, content and reporting tools within ML to help track their progress.

I find Yext local white label for agencies with a big budget to be much better than ML however since MOZ focuses more on SEO and is known in the industry to be a good source of content, I stick to Moz local to help boost my local citations for my clients.

Its user interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. It easily deletes the duplicate lists. It keeps our business data accurate and updated.

It is a little bit difficult to understand for new users. Some tools are complicated to use. I think it provides more integration with other tools.

Its customer support is very good and has a 24/7 online service. It is easily affordable by all and easy to use. It has lots of tools for manages customer profiles.

It is very helpful to monitor our business lists. It is very helpful for enhancing SEO ranking. It easily finds errors, variability, and duplicate. It is easily integrated with deep Google and Facebook.

Being able to see at a glance where our listings have been updated has been very helpful. Also the suggestions as to what can make the local listing perform better.

Newest version make support a little harder (no longer able to chat) and it doesn't catch duplicate names as the older version said it did. Billing interface is sometimes flaky and leaves something to be desired. Wish there was an API to access for listing management.

it's the easiest way to update addresses and info. i first heard about it when the company i was working for was moving and a friend told me about it. the program worked like a charm in updating our new business info across the web. it also helped us update metadata and imagery across existing listings, which definitely helped us see a bit of a spike in local traffic.

There were a handful of sites where the updates weren't in place immediately, which was frustrating. But on the whole, for our project, it was definitely the right fit.

just make sure you have all your logins for company's online presence like Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, etc in advance so you don't miss anything at the start

Anyone who moves their office location should absolutely use it. If you have a new storefront, it's also invaluable for getting that info out there in a consistent manner. you don't want people showing up to the wrong location and this very clearly solves this problem.

Simplistic dashboard and ease of use. Weekly reports are very beneficial. Customer service is top notch and they respond almost immediately to any inquiry. Not to mention the follow up from the team is impeccable. The dashboard displays results in a very visual way which eliminates the need to deep complex reading and understanding. During setup it will ask you a series of questions and by doing this it makes it super easy to get started. Once you enter in the information the dashboard does the work for you. After the initial setup it is more about just keeping an eye on the status update of each network and then troubleshooting as you go.

Some sources within the network never get updated. While this isn't an issue per say with the software, I would recommend Moz to dig deeper into their relationships to work on improving this. Getting started with this takes some time. Some of the networks update immediately and others can take weeks if not longer. In rare cases I have some take months before they update. Some networks never update. Updating local directories is critical. It would nice to see the networks to be expanded as another competitor is larger than what Moz's product is.

Moz Local pushes our updates to their directory network automatically. This saves me a ton of time as I don't have to manually update these sites on an individual basis. It allows for mass updating with automation. Once the update has completed for each network there isn't any further work to do. Even if your business changes names or address, it is a very simple update to make this change. In a sense it resets your work but once the updates push through there isn't anything else for you to worry about.
