Moveit is very easy to use. My company uses it every day, and once you set a task, it will process whenever it is assigned. There are logs that keep track of successful runs and failures

If there are too many people that are using Moveit, you can't open the software, or it may process slowly

Moveit Pro has allowed for our company to be able to move more files for more clients in a timely manner.

Thes software is user-friendly and easy to use versus other alternatives I have researched and used in the past. I introduced this tool to one of my onshore clients during my project, and it took them to virtually paperless and helped them to streamline their booking process. With the help of this tool, they were able to keep track of all the business activities of sales, estimates and actuals and could store them under the same umbrella. Also, Since all the data is cloud-based, no data get lost and can be accessed anytime from anywhere. Hence, it proved to be a life saver for them and hence also led my team to successfully solve this problem for my client.

We found the product up to the standards, however, the client finds it difficult to fill in and submit the inventory form in the tool. But the customer service team always comes up with the right solutions and helps us out.

It helped my team to successfully solve the query of one of my major clients by providing them with the right solution for their business problem/need.

What I thought was a wide variety of features (at first)

I regret signing a contract with Move It Pro Software for my moving business. Despite attending multiple demos and relying on the assurances of the sales representative, the software has consistently fallen short of expectations, and the customer support team is unfazed completely and even responded to my concerns with contempt. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.

Misleading Sales Promises: I was assured that all my lead sources, including could be integrated. After signing, I was informed by support that some integrations (i.e. Thumbtack) aren't even possible (one of the main reasons I signed up).

They do not adapt to will not improve the customer experience. Highly disappointed and not recommended.

They are not the most transparent bunch, they seem to adapt to nothing and make no improvements on any of the systems. The are not great at handling feedback. Choose to block and ignore instead of address issues.
