It is very user friendly. I like the hot-keys to navigate quickly.

The maintenance downtime is by far the worst part. Too long.

The selling point for me has always been that Motorola's prices are a much better deal than most other competitors, without skimping out on quality. I have used their services for about a year now.
What do you dislike about Motorola Solutions - MOTOBRIDGE INTEROPERABLE IP SOLUTION?
The interface may seem a bit outdated. However, the software seems secure. It is really just knit picking and minor details but it performs well.

There are a lot of similar softwares that exist out there! However, with a company like Motorola Solutions, they really have the trust to put my mind at ease.

What do you like best about Motorola Solutions - MOTOBRIDGE INTEROPERABLE IP SOLUTION?
I like the service Motorola put in to making the sale and altering the program to fit the needs of our department. Although they were compensated for their time and alterations, most times companies would not be open to rewriting code to suit an individual customer on the level and scope Motorola was.
What do you dislike about Motorola Solutions - MOTOBRIDGE INTEROPERABLE IP SOLUTION?
The same points that are strong with Motorola including the revision of code I also find as a weakness. They were willing to take on whatever our department asked even though there were concerns over the program functioning correctly. Sometimes telling the client no, or can't be done for this platform with your OS is the job of the vendor.
Recommendations to others considering Motorola Solutions - MOTOBRIDGE INTEROPERABLE IP SOLUTION?
Make certain of your MDC memory and processing as well as newest OS.
What problems is Motorola Solutions - MOTOBRIDGE INTEROPERABLE IP SOLUTION solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue we have been working through is the CAD utilizing GPS for closest available units and turn by turn directions. This function still does not operate correctly.
