What I like best about Motive is the exceptional customer service. Anytime I have a question, concern, or issue, the support team responds quickly and ensures everything is resolved in a timely and professional manner. Their commitment to helping customers and keeping things running smoothly truly sets Motive apart. Highly recommend!

The biggest drawback for me is the video search functionality for past events. Currently, you have to request specific video segments and hope the footage you need is included in the requested clip. I would prefer a more efficient method — such as the ability to scroll through past events or a more detailed timeline view — so you can quickly locate and review footage without submitting multiple requests.

For Tharpe, Motive has been valuable in providing reliable camera footage and a dependable system for monitoring camera connections and potential issues. The platform makes it easy to verify that equipment is functioning properly, ensuring we have consistent visibility and accountability across our fleet.

In the past, it would be harder to get real time tracking updates but with motive now you can get them.

The fact that I can track company vehicles in real time and the customer service experience is light years ahead of the last company I used.

Tee ONLY dislike I have with Motive is the data usage is more than we were told.

Motive allows me to track our fleet in real time, which allows us to better inform our customers about accurate ETA for deliveries.

Digging into driver safety scores could be improved. It defaults to a four week period, so when you search for, let's say, Q3 safety scores, you get multiple scores for each driver broken down into four week periods starting with the first week in July.

We were using Azuga and their asset trackers were terrible. We couldn't find trailers and scissor lifts because they'd stop pinging. Motive asset trackers are very reliable.

The platform is user-friendly for both administrators and drivers. I have found Customer Support to be helpful whenever needed. The behavior identification feature works very well, and the facial recognition is also quick and accurate.

There really aren't many downsides to mention. The implementation process was challenging, and the team handling it did not seem very knowledgeable. However, the account team has been excellent.

We always know the location of our vehicles. The unsafe driving behavior detection helps us to address issues. Additionally, we have access to footage of accidents when they occur.

I love Motive for its impressive AI capabilities, particularly the camera and driving score feature that greatly benefits our fleet operations. The AI's ability to detect different events accurately is awesome, and it plays a critical role in ensuring that any driving incidences do not go unnoticed. This feature has been immensely beneficial for maintaining the correct driver in our vehicles, improving the driving behavior of our technicians and frontline employees. The setup process was quite easy and straightforward, which I appreciated as it didn't present any unexpected challenges. The installation was typical, requiring just the usual wire running and checks. Motive's AI facial recognition and the AI detectability of events that feed into the driver score are extremely useful features. The system's integration into our operations without the need for additional software simplifies our workflow. Overall, the AI features are a standout aspect and would absolutely influence my decision to purchase Motive again in the future.

I would suggest improving the ease of communication and troubleshooting when connectivity issues arise. Currently, this area can be challenging and could benefit from enhancement. As well as maintenance settings being static to the vehicle verse the assigned group, have to reset reminders when transferring vehicles from location to another

Motive helps with driving for our technicians, ensuring the correct driver is in the truck and incidents don't go unnoticed with AI features.
