I don't like monkeydata's platform wait type

It provides deep insites and analysys which helps the online stores to grow their business in terms of revenue as well as customer base. Its embeded analytics plugins helps in providing the store statistics, and its mobile apps helps in monitoring the real time business.

The initial configuration is a little challenging. Once the set up is succeeded every thing will run smoothly.

Need to configure it carefully and by the person who is good at all the parameters in the business, otherwise it leads to wrong configuration which ultimatly effects to make wrong decesions.

It stores all data on public cloud which can lead to data security and compliance issues.It also helps in tracking orders but can lead to a lag which makes it difficult to refresh data and due to this can make transaction errors. It also does not help keep track of customer relations and is not a central repository of all customer realted data.

It is really helpful platform to help increase customer engagement , know about a customer journey and increase brand and campaign awareness and tracking. Overall it is helpful in running advance analytics reports and crating intuitive dashboards for clients. this platform is highly recommended for organisation which are interested i offering better and improved services to their customers and providing them with content that they really want.

cost effective solution

MonkeyData is a user friendly platform that offers a wide range of features like real-time analysis, data trends, time period comparisons, metrics correlation or metrics predictions and many others. It is an all in one platform that is easy to use and has a simple design. The starting price per user per month is 9$ which is really cheap as compared to the amount of work it does so it is affordable as compared to its competitors. It can be used to manage the daily activities of clients and keep an eye on them. It integrated surprisingly well with my business and with the help of its mobile application I can use it anywhere and at anytime. Through mobile application my productivity is enhanced.

MonkeyData is although simple and its simplicity makes it easy to use but for some users like me the simplicity can be too boring so an updated version will be helpful. The mobile version is better as compared to the desktop one and mobile reporting has some errors which are annoying. There is no instagram data and the user cannot make quizes. The issues I had with MonkeyData were minor.

I had a positive experience with MonkeyData and it is an all in one platform so it is highly recommended.

The dashboards and reports are intuitive and the design of dashboards is aesthetically pleasing. Their team is friendly and always helpful. Many times multiple problems arose but they were always there to help me. The data presentation in MonkeyData is incredible.

The app has limitations on it that make it almost not worth the time in using it. For one thing, you cannot make legitimate quizzes using the app: there is no way to score questions and no way to set the correct answers. Along with that, the type of questions you can create in the app is dramatically less than what is available on the web platform. You also cannot delete quiz pages from the app for some reason. I'm no developer, but these functions should be simple enough to put in the app.And remembered the easiest ways for getting good looking results. My issue is running a no-profit... No income.... community forum and now getting more than 100 responses. Can't afford the listed fees for pro or less.... And don't get responses ...

Very poor app for consolidated data view in one glance. You have to visit and read each response one bold to make a quiz for work using Monkey data. On my phone and tablet (I don't have a laptop) it's pretty much impossible because in a quiz there are wrong answers but you cant set the right answer because they've removed the "enable quiz mode" button.y one. Microsoft forms are much better than survey monkey. I will not recommend this to anyone.

it's a bit difficult to start, they must improve the startup time because sometimes with so much data it handles, it slows down.

Of course, the recommendation of this software is vital, as it allows the collected information to be worked on in an optimal and personalized way, having the data that is required for use available and easily accessible.

I have successfully and orderly maintained the information gathered in the market and business research conducted by the company, thus optimizing the management of the information for when it is needed.

Loads of software still can not have a mobile app. I like monkey data help to check anytime, anywhere and steam the daily order. The mobile is really easy to use day by day

I think the website is not that easy to use. I prefer to use the mobile, maybe is just my personal opinion. And personally Monkey data website is a bit "poor". do not misunderstand you say everything the website is just so plan, when the first time I went there I thought is a boring website.

It would be nice some 30 days trial

Maybe need some videos and some extras on the website.
