I use Modjo daily to record my client interactions and be able to revisit them at any time. The tool is very useful both for note-taking and also for making progress and getting feedback from others on certain points.

I sometimes encounter bugs: modjo or the note tool does not trigger at the beginning of the video calls.

Modjo also allows you to ask for opinions/advice from your professional circle, which greatly simplifies skill development. Finally, note-taking is simplified. You no longer spend your time writing down all the information during a meeting since everything is recorded directly in the CRM thanks to Modjo. The team is also very present if needed.

Modjo could go even further in the use of AI (propose clearer next steps, implement tasks on the CRM based on what emerges from the exchange, simplify the visibility of note-taking on the CRM)
