All the resources they provide from articles and contact information to professionals within my network for mental health related inquires. They also have a ton of eating resources.

The layout of the app can be a bit confusing to maneuver through and at times doesn't feel the most user-friendly. Not a big issue but something to consider in the future.

They are making it a lot easier to find resources that are within my network and affordable and offer courses about physical and mental health. It makes me feel like I have a tool to benefit my overall health.

I like the ease of use and accessibility of Modern Health. The quality of care is at the level of what I would seek out on my own. The therapists and coaches are well curated.

There isn't much I dislike about Modern Health. Though I'm not sure I would use it if it wasn't included in my employment benefits.

I like that Modern Health allows you to really focus on areas that are most important to you to help with your mental state and overall improvement to health.

I used to go to therapy in person, which I always thought was effective to being online was an adjustment.

I struggle with anxiety and ADHD and my previous therapist stopped taking insurance so this has been extremely helpful and easy to access.

It's such an awesome resource to have offered at a company. Being able to talk to someone pretty much on demand or cruise through their awesome content around meditation and much more is extremely helpful.

Sometimes I forget about Modern Health until I want help in the form of reaching out to a resource or checking out their content. Wish there was more that kept me on a cadence with them!

In any organization (and especially in high pressure roles) work stress can build up and mount. It's often difficult to talk to colleagues about it out of discomfort and Modern Health gives you a great resource to be able to have live conversations with a professional.

Easy to schedule. Great communication. Providers and relateable and comfortable to speak with. The app makes things even simpler. Love the UX!

Nothing really. Work covers some sessions but otherwise you pay out of pocket and insurance does not cover, so that can get pricy.

The UI is very nice and clean and I love the reminders and available options for self-improvement like therapy, career coaching, etc.

For me personally, the career coaching has been very helpful. I also like the meditations.

I appreciate Modern Health's ease of use and ability to find what you want quickly. More specifically, I enjoy the coaching sessions offered as well as the various Circles which are group sessions covering all manner of topics from workplace stress to managing work-life balance.

I initially disliked the inability to view all scheduled sessions of coaching and Circles. However, Modern Health absorbed the feedback I shared for them and made updates to the platform whereby we can now fully view calendars more easily.

Modern Health helps solve everyday gaps for mental health - they make it easy, accessible, and enjoyable to signup for sessions and get access to care that wasn't available previously. Benefits-wise, they're filling a need that no one else was by providing an outlet for folks to get validation, vent, and discover new ways to cope, manage stress, etc.

Easy to schedule and find someone that meets your need. The coaches are not licensed professionals, but if you have something on your mind that's stressing you (for me, it was work-life balance and relationships with coworkers), I found it helpful to talk to someone about it.

Sessions are only half an hour, although you can combine multiple sessions for a longer talk. It would be best if you came prepared with what you want to talk about. These coaches are generally not licensed professionals, so don't expect magic, still helpful to have someone to talk to.

Fast and easy access to mental health resources. No need to go through insurance. All happens over zoom, so it's very convenient for my schedule. Nothing gets shared with your work.
