The onboarding and renewal experience has been solid, with helpful reps who advocate for your cause and work with you to meet your budget. The captures are speedy, crisp and interactive resulting in no downtime whatsoever. We’ve also had a good experience with our end users, since the interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I'm looking forward to the AI experience.

I’d prefer to see the capture schedule directly within the interface, rather than having to request it, so I can clearly understand when we’re able to delete content on the live sites.

Some developments to push forward advances in the service can take a while to materialise.

In the early days the platform was evolving so there were some tech hiccups, but they were all ironed out smoothly!
