Updates are easily applied and journaling has not been interrupted since our initial setup. Customer support has always been helpful and responsive.

Since the initial setup of Exchange to journal to Mimecast, we have had only a couple issues. Journaling was not interrupted. The issue was with the folder sync so that users could see their inbox as it is in Outlook.

We have an archive that we know is available if we want to restore any emails.

The capabilities. There is a range of features including journaling, staff awareness and the obvious security features. The support team are really helpful and will conduct tenant reviews when requested, to ensure you are getting the most out of the product. There are a wealth of integrations which can bes used also, which helps in automating some of the frequent manual tasks. The service itself is easy to implement and set up, for both on prem and cloud environments

The product itself can be easy to use, although the settings can be a bit tedious to find, as they can often be found in multiple places

Mimecast helps to meet our data retention requirements, meaning we are able to retain our digital communications easily with the benefit of being searchable

Mimecast help us alot to establish a compnay environment extremely secure.

Till now, I have not noticed any bad towards mimecast services.

The UI is so easy to use, you can go back to the 1st day you set up mimecast to retrieve and email.

The UI needs a bit of more life, as good as it is and easy to use - its very dull and lack a bit of life/vibe

When we need to retrieve emails from ex employees regarding a client its so easy.

Mail delivery is reliable with the overwhelming majority of spam, malware, phishing links etc. automatically removed.

The administrator UI is confusing and hasn't improved in many years.

Allows you to keep archived emails and files for as long as needed. The interface is user-friendly and includes filters such as subject, date, time, and keywords to facilitate searches. It also allows you to create an archive case and map it to a specific user or group, providing employees access to the archived data of former employees

If you are new, it might take time to figure it out and might need some support, there is not really something I don't dislike, I think its a great product for admins

It helps us with renention felexibility by allowing archived emails and files to retained which aligns with our legal policy.

It has an easy interface for easy and more accurate search allowing datem time and keywords in subjectline

The peace of mind knowing that emails are Archived and stored safely. It is also accessable if needed anytime in the future

There is nothing to dislike about Cloud Archive. The only thing is the price, but in my optinion there is nothing else like it for the price.

It's great for data aggregation across platforms. I have found it excellent for archiving and cloud filtering. Would recommend this for anyone who wants cloud storage.
