Metatask feels more agile than our previous BPM tool - it is possible to reopen already completed process tasks and fix any data entry mistakes.

Would like to see built-in reports and ability to store actual data (like employees, projects) and use it inside processes.

You should consider it only if your approach to BPM is more agile, since software naturally allows reopening already completed manual tasks, changing approval editing forms data etc. It worked perfectly for our team since we work in a very agile fashion.

As a manager I can get complete picture of all currently running processes for all our teams. Work feels much better organised and we do not ask for updates in emails anymore.

Free application, easy to use and functional, has a simple but friendly design, allows the management of tasks quickly automating any business process, also optimizes workflows to achieve maximum efficiency and consistency. The creation of forms or templates is easy to use and offers a wide variety of function options, which allows you to prioritize, according to your requirements. With respect to workflow, it allows you to design and build the workflow without requiring coding or programming experience.

I would like to continue to expand and develop more the program, no doubt they are on track but can improve to make the program more comprehensive.

Since we've implemented Metatask, we've seen huge improvements in time savings and overall workflow. The integrated process functionalities are huge improvements, and we are excited to see more new features and facilities like this one, it is also flexible can help with many different tasks, with cash flow forecasting being the most important of all. There are so many billing cycles and it is critical for the business to be able to produce an accurate cash flow forecast each month, so this tool is critical to our business. It has been a lot of fun to work with this tool, we hope it will continue to develop successfully.

Despite being a program that still needs development or updates is very functional, I would just like to make integrations to other complementary programs.

Although we have little time using this software has allowed us to optimize and simplify our workflows with respect to our sales and purchasing department, and because DEPODCAST. COM (name of the company where I work) is an online store is of vital importance so it evidences the performance of the program with the increased our response time for our sales team and our customers. Additionally we have significantly increased communication between the members of the different work teams that make up the company. On the other hand another feature that has worked very well are the recurring tasks or templates that make up a large part of the business and Metatask takes care of everything. The business processes are documented, on the other hand I like to assign tasks to departments instead of specific employees in order to guarantee a better productivity of the employees and to increase the levels of efficiency, another aspect to emphasize is that it is of great help to establish deadlines and we all must fulfill the objectives and goals within that period of time without generating stress or additional pressure in all the members of the work team.
