What do you like best about Merchandise Analytics?

The ease of use of the program with an excellent user-friendly layout. Very easy to find the tracking information within the program. This is an excellent product to use. I recommend using this program.

There was nothing that I disliked about the program. This is an excellent product to use.

I recommend this software, and it will help out your company a lot. It will show trends of items that are doing well to products not doing well.

The problem that helped me with the program was to find what items were trendy to the items that weren't popular.

helped to better understand the overall performance of the business . we are able to very quickly real business value out of the solution which helped to get buy-in.

What do you like best about Merchandise Analytics?

It is easy to implement with the companies help and gave us detailed insight into our data.

What do you dislike about Merchandise Analytics?

The support is great and easy implementation. But the price is little overboard. For large enterprises should not charge for vendor support.

Used by the BI team for analytics promotions.

Great BI tool for merchandise data sorting

What do you like best about Merchandise Analytics?

Easy to use, after a bit of time to catch up it becomes very interesting and permits good in-depth analysis. Permits to sort the dimensions in an efficient way and gets usually feed by another database, therefore you may need something like Epicor at the same time.

What do you dislike about Merchandise Analytics?

It is so hard to schedule reports and it differs a lot from Cognos in this regard. Also, standard template are hard to edit and at times it becomes frustrating to understand all the underlying rules (like timing of data dump etc).

Recommendations to others considering Merchandise Analytics?

I think it's a good product and if you have more than tens of stores you should definitely use either this or Cognos.

What problems is Merchandise Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically building standard reports to send out internally. At times we can use this data for communications with seniors, stores, country managers etc.. It permits to even give standard reports to third parties so we can set it up and have it automatically sent to them.
