The current notification system for new applications needs improvement to address an issue that arises when closing a match and wanting to retain mentor applications. Opening a new application for mentors on the same page as actual new applications leads to confusion and the potential to overlook genuine new applications.

The current system lacks a notification mechanism for new applications, which can lead to missed opportunities and delays in reviewing applicant submissions. To address this issue, it is crucial to implement a notification system for new applications.

Mentorink provides a platform from which I can provide learning content for mentees, track progress, measure engagement/success, and basically drive the mentor program. The Mentorink developers very quickly created a branded platform for my group and a space where we could jump immediately into mentor work. The matching program works very well and the Mentorink tutorials are perfect for onboarding new program members. The Mentorink Team provides exceptional service - they are very quick to respond and resolve issues. This is our 3rd year with Mentorink and we will be adding an additional program to it this year. Highly recommend!

The only downside is the meeting/calendar feature. We are a Microsoft 365 company and scheduling meetings in the app and then again in MS Teams is cumbersome.

Tracking progress, gathering satisfaction & engagement measures, providing learning content, matching pairs, etc. There are probably more!

I like best their customer relations policy. They are always eager to learn the problem, listen carefully & understand and try to find solutions. They evaluate the problem as general or specific for the organization. They quickly take action if it is a general one. They suggest different solutions for specific ones.

Video conferences are not always successful. There are many platforms for this issue. So there is no need for these conferences within Mentorink.

We can see all the eligible candidates for a specific mentor or mentee for pairing & can choose the best one quickly. When 232 pairings are realized, it becomes much more critical since it is impossible to remember the qualities.

The support rendered by the Mentorink team has been phenomenal and they are a great partner to work with, especially in our context where we are launching a cross market, regional mentoring program for the first time. They have been very patient and are able to share best practices around how the system could help support the program. The AI behind the platform has been impressive and made the matching process more efficient. The system is also flexible and intuitive hence the users do not encounter much issues submitting the application form. To summarise, it's a great platform for a mentoring program!

Certain areas could be improved. For example, the interface for signing up the different programs could be more obvious as we did encounter cases where users sign up for the wrong program. More cusomisation on the platform would have been better.

The workload on HR to administer the program, process the matching and monitor the progress.
