.Easy to use, Interface, easy to admin and integration to Google

I dislike the comunication of new improvements

Mainly the boardroom section

The meeting devices to help you schedule rooms, see who has booked and when it will be free again has just made our life so much eaiser at the office. No more "I thought that I'd booked it" or "Let's just grab this room - and then have to move 5 min later". A huge plus is the nice design of the tablet and the app itself - it makes the office look much nicer and techy. Well worth the money!

The entire application is very easy to understand and implement.

From the administrative perspective the software present pretty useful capabilities which makes the implementation very easy.

From the end user perspective the adoption is very high since most of the work is done by integration with the existind calendas system.

Maybe it could get more languages in the app.

I like the web interface for interacting with the pods.

Several things

- Wish there was a way to manage the android devices remotely like making changes to the wireless settings on the devices.

- Would like to be able to move devices between organization units within our organization without needing to reach out to Meetio.

Screen size is great and easy to use even for the first time user

Hardware can be made to have lights all around and reflect and glass, which would help people inside the room to remind of the meeting timing. (if it's over or still on)

Overall a good product to manage rooms. Very helpful to conduct meetings and utilize the rooms efficiently.

Multiple people looking to acquire room at the same time

The best thing about Meetio's solutions are how easy they are to understand. You would think using a calendar and booking rooms and resources is pretty straight forward and understandable, yet there are still people that do not bother to look and check a room's availability and would rather inconvenience others. Meetio solves that so simply, gone are the days of someone saying" Oh I didn't know you had a meeting in here" Or someone's meeting lasting longer than it should. It's as simple as reading a stop light, red, yellow, and green!

My only complaint is I wish there was a table top device that does the same thing as the tablet, sometimes when in a meeting you cant bother to check the tablet outside the window, some sort of reminder on the table would be nice.

This product really helped people to be more conscious and proactive of meeting rooms and resources.

Not having dislikes I can think of. Got to the point not having to hassle for room space.

For those looking for a platform to utilize throughout the company, this is a good solution for that as it is fairly easy to use and it isn't to hard to load (no lag on my end).

Meetio is easy to deploy, manage, and use. Admin portal is well-designed and simplifies management of multiple devices by allowing for logical grouping of hardware by location.

While Meetio is available as a stand-alone app, their business model appears to be more focused on bundling hardware of their choice with the software license. I found that sourcing my own hardware provided the same three-year warranty for the device and cost significantly less.

Don't waste time with Evoko!

Meetio is a great tool to manage conference room occupancy. Colored indicator lights allow for visual management of rooms and the intuitive interface allows for booking of an available room by simply touching the screen. We have been very impressed by the data collected and displayed in the analytics module of the admin portal. The visuals are easy to understand and provide exceptional insight in regards to the actual utilization of conference room areas. In addition, you will learn how many impromptu meetings take place and how many meetings exceed their scheduled time.
