MCS is easy to use. We can keep track of all of our quotes, contracts, and invoices in one place. Easy to keep track of prospects as well. I like that we can type in the barcode of an item and see what contract it is on or if it has been brought back to the yard.

Sometimes it runs slow or disconnects from the remote desktop in the middle of what we are working on.

It gives us one place to keep track of quotes and contracts. It keeps our sales team and billing teams organized. It helps our drivers share information while out in the field. If a customer calls in to complain that we weren't out, I can see if my driver has failed or completed the job and also see pictures that the driver took while on site.
