This software is specifically designed for biobanking and works well for our biorepository, we like it because it is easy to use and very complete in terms of functionality. We particularly appreciate the advanced search, which allows to find samples of interest, and the dashboard, which provides an overview of the biobank and to receive alerts and notifications.

In our current version, it is not possible to change or customize the dashboards.

MBioLIMS has enabled us to improve the traceability of our customers’ biological samples, the system automatically records who does what and when. We can track reception, registration, storing and distribution of sample collections.

A MBioLims tailored to the specific needs of CRYO-LEA biobank, notably management of the 23 centres as a unique one, scalabilty to the type of samples according to the patients therapies (transplant or chemotherapy), supervising functionality to administer and analyse the data from all sites, advanced research with personalized fields.

Currently, all the MBioLims functions are used in an optimized way and all the functions are helpful to the biobank management.

The MBioLims Biobanking software enables us to have an overall and fast view of the consent status and to manage the samples provision in line with the new European privacy regulation GDPR.

MBio LIMS is an easy to use system, lab people like to work with it. It hase powerful configuration options and the company behind the system is responsive and helpful.

Due to the many options, one can get lost a little bit sometimes (navigation and searching).

At the operational level, technicians need a phase of adaptation despite a training carried out by Modul-Bio. The coding system of the samples is not always intuitive and the relationship between the patient and the protocol can sometimes be confusing

The activities of Modul-Bio are centred on the Biorepository. Their experience and know-how make it possible to dialogue, as well as to ensure the feasibility of the project. The MBioLIMS software is without a doubt one of the best solutions of the moment

Biological resource management software is an absolutely essential tool for the operation of a BRC. Previously, the data was entered in wild files. This was not acceptable.

The Modul-Bio software has been configured according to our specific needs as an outsourced host. It ensures us a perfect traceability of the operations carried out (Receptions - Movements - Outputs) on the samples transmitted by our customers. Its flexibility allows us to adapt to all the formats of containers entrusted. In addition, it is used by the operational and quality teams for the daily management of the equipment present at the biobank.

Data exports are not very intuitive. They deserve to be simplified
