​The implementation of Maxoptra has genuinely been the smoothest and easiest integration I have experienced in my 10 years working at this company; a sentiment strongly and universally agreed upon by my colleagues.

​The success of this transition is largely down to the stellar support team. Antonio was fantastic during the initial period, and he subsequently passed us over to Chris and Kim. Both Chris and Kim were more than helpful in every aspect of the project and were incredibly quick and responsive to assist with any queries we had.

​Furthermore, the system’s guide and help centre are incredibly useful and clearly laid out. The search function, in particular, is amazing for finding specific assistance related to any questions or scenarios we encounter.

​From an operational perspective, the feedback from our drivers on the system has been brilliant. They have reported that the platform has hugely improved communications between myself, as the transport manager, and them, allowing me to update them quicker than ever before.

MaxOptra has great software - it works well, looks great and makes a big difference within our business. However, it is the team that really set this product apart from the competition.
