I like being able to pull testing items of different DOK levels and I like the Christmas Tree reports.

There is nothing that I dislike. I like everything about Mastery Connect.

I am better able to prepare my students for the end of the year assessment.

MasteryConnect allows teacher to create their own formative assessments. This gives students IMMEDIATE feedback. It is incredibly easy to monitor learners' progress!

It may be a little difficult to find assessments for certain skills. However, schools should take advantage of the professional development offered so all teachers are trained.

Teachers would be able to share assessments and line them up with state standards.

Very functional and easy to use with especially for elementary ages as they are able to be monitored with their progress using masteryconnect.

Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to log in or ran slow when it was around midterm time with all teachers being on the same server.

We are able to help and allow kids to understand where their weaknesses are, what assignments they are missing but also as teachers, share material through an easy process using this software.

I use this product to create assessments for students regularly. It’s easy.

I love how user friendly the product is. However, I especially love the standard alignment feature. Each assessment question can be aligned to any standard and all common core standards are already on Matery connect.

Students cannot listen to audio files while taking tests. Spanish students need audio files to answer listening comprehension questions.

As a teacher, it helps me identify and track student mastery of Common Core State Standards to inform teaching practice. can view data for the entire class or for individual students.

Sorting data is more difficult than expected.

I am supposed to be able to filter data to sort by specific standards or by analyzing a specific item or question, but unless you have pre determined questions to look for, navigating raw data is tough.

Provides useful resources for teachers and education administration! Also tools for teachers on how to design curriculum

I like the fact that the app is free to teachers and I absolutely love that it consists of benchmarks needed to be reached by the students, it’s also a way to see how they’re doing all year long. Makes it easier than writing scores in a logbook and tracking each students performance the hard way. Technology is really connecting a lot of dots and saving people a lot of time and resources. It’s super.

Sometimes it seems like the app is running slow (my WiFi and data connections are fine I’ve noticed). It could use a little upgrade but overall it’s teally useful.

Solving the gap where students are and where students need to be. It’s a great way to keep track of how you’re doing as a teacher and what benchmarks you need to reach and one’s you’ve reached and succeeded with. I’ve realized it’s a huge time saver because it’s great to see in simple format how everyone is learning.

I'm able to collaborate with colleagues on testing material and I'm able to track my students performance in many unique ways.

The best part about Mastery Connect is that it syncs with our student information systems. The District Office can push out benchmarks for teachers or teachers can create their own benchmarks to share with others. In addition, if you have a co-teacher they can be a collaborator in your classroom to see assessments. Also if a teacher leaves the system their shared assessments are still available for others. In addition, administrators can create benchmark assessments that are private.

The only problem that we have had with Mastery Connect is when we have to split rosters for a teacher such as a gifted roster, the benchmark did not follow the student. The company is working on this issue.

Mastery Connect has a great support team. This tool is easy to use for grades K-12. If school districts you can share assessment just with your district or across districts.

We are able to share common assessments among teachers in the same subject. We can also see benchmarks from other school systems. Mastery Connect breaks the assessment down by standards so that you can see which standards need to be retaught.

It has all our student data on it. Schools should be required to train their workers on it. I also like Certica and Socratic.

Sometimes it can be overwhelming to navigate which is why schools should be required to train on it.
