And the Monthly Newsletter is fantastic and is getting me traction with my leads! Plus I can easly market my listings to my entire data base and on social sites!!!

Keeping clients organized and in one central location. The promotional materials are easy to use and there are a variety of branded options.

I like best the communication which is immediate when you need to speak to the account manager or their customer service! I always know they are there for me on any situation and handle my issue efficiently and professionaly. I truly learn from their training department as well. My team and I have been through several and I still have so much to learn. One thing I have learned is I have to understand that Market Leader is part of my team and to share with them more on ideas or struggles or even compliments. Their marketing leadership has been truly a lifesaver for my business. We are working together to help my business grow. The website is amazing and user friendly as well as the dashboard. The key is "talk to them" they will teach you how to use it so you can maximise sales. I receive many contacts daily and the app on my phone makes it especially user friendly. I can be on top of a mountain in the Black Hills and respond to a lead.! I truly appreciate market leader. The ease it takes to work within the dashboard and with their training is key because the real estate world is tough out here. The ease of implementation and intregration of their tools is key. The number of features they offer for me as the Broker and my team makes our jobs so much more easy and fun as well. It takes away the stress of waiting on hold for long periods, or being frustrated because the app is not user friendly! Market leader has amazing customer support which I started with in this review and I stand by them and their system.

I have not experienced anything I don't like. It is my own schedule and discipline in training and utilizing all the training they offer that I struggle with. I am training new agents coming in and I have to push myself to make more time for training. But as far as Market Leader, no issues! They answer to the phone, they are attentive to issues, they offer training, they are on it! I appreciate them. I am working on my own discipline to utilize their tools more often. There is absolutely nothing to date that I don't like about Market leader!

With the interest rates jumping sky high and the NAR law suit, sales and contacts have been a lot more in "looky lou" mode; however, with more training and strategy meetings with the Market Leader customer service and marketing team they are helping me with new ways to reply and keep track of my leads. The website is attracting more contacts every day. I struggled a bit financially this first quarter and Market Leader has been strong in all ways to help me continue to grow and learn how to adjust to the "today" real estate.

Setup is fantastic - they will walk you through everything -- a true benefit compared to the competition. The CRM is fantastic. Customer service from sales call to get set up was fluid, thanks to Account Representative Mark Allen who was top tier. The automation is terrific. It is SO EASY to follow up with your clients and keep them in the loop (drip).

I love the marketing campaigns. You don't have to put together your own monthly newsletters, which is much harder than you can imagine. Market Leader does it for you. Clients can interact with you directly without having to opt in. This keeps an open line of communication. Also, screen is easy to view and website is user friendly. Support people teach you technology and they ALWAYS answer the phone!

Nothing to dislike. I don't have anything negative to say. The cost is right down the middle. Not too high and not low, but fare for what you get. I will say a lot of CRM websites dont have auto campaigns. Good Luck trying to do your own. Like I said, Market Leader does it for you.

I have a CRM with another company (which I will not disclose) and it does not have auto campaigns and it makes all your prospects and clients opt in...If they don't opt in, they don't get email or anything else like homes. With Market Leader you get it all. Not stumbling blocks.. or a company blocking your ability to communicate with your clients that you worked so hard to get.

The only down side is learning a new CRM.

I am using Market Leader as another source of lead generation.

I love the fact that you can generate leads in any city or zip code so long as their is availability. If you want to generate leads in a city that has higher priced real estate, you can with market leader without you being charged excessive fees like they do on other lead generation platforms. Market leader is more democratic and charges the same fee regardless of location. This unto self is the most aspirational, goal oriented and leveling of the play field aspect about Market Leader that I absolutely love. Plus you can change targeted cities at any time without incurring any additional fees. This is absolutely fantastic. I also love the insights into the leads behavior, what emails they click on, when they are on your website, what homes they are looking at, automatic nurturing of leads and what activites I should do to connect with a lead.

The biggest challenge is I wish Market Leader could verify the phone number before they send the lead. Also wish they could enable a lead to view multiple homes/clicks and then capture their information after 5 to 10 clicks.

They are solving the cost issue primarily. The cost of a lead is the same no matter the city or location. They also autmatically nurtue a lead.

Everything is in one place and the drip campaigns are already set up for me.

It is another CRM to learn however you have the option to load everything into their CRM and access your contacts in one place on a daily basis.
