What do you like best about ManageEngine Remote Access Plus?
The simple implemenation was great, essepcially for someone that works remote most of the time.

No dislikes at this time, product works great.

For a person that leads the information technology team at my company, this allows me to easily access users machines and monitor.

Excellent Remote Access Tool
What do you like best about ManageEngine Remote Access Plus?
I like the agent integration with Active Directory to easy deployment via GPO. I like the web interface, and I especially like the performance and features of the tool.
What do you dislike about ManageEngine Remote Access Plus?
My only request is to have a desktop client. The web interface is great, but a desktop client would be really nice.
What problems is ManageEngine Remote Access Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my to connect remotely to my computers and it's free up to 25 systems.

What do you like best about ManageEngine Remote Access Plus?
I like the ease of setup and deployment. The configuration of computers, accounts, and roles and the thoughtful inclusion of built-in management tools.
What do you dislike about ManageEngine Remote Access Plus?
There was one feature they didn't include that was a dealbreaker for us, but after contacting support, they are integrating this into a future release.
