I like how I can look at all platforms with ease. It helps to put time back into my day, while still looking at all that I need to. No complaints at all from me!
I truly don't have anything bad or negative to say about Paragone. I find the platform very easy to navigate. I guess, if anything, I would say having workshops would be a nice way to gain knowledge.
Paragone is allowing me to look into all of the platforms I need to for my campaigns all at once. This immensely speeds up the process and provides me with more time to do other tasks.
what I liked the most was the ease of configuration and integration they have within the platform
I had a hard time filling in some settings that could be more described, but after some research I managed to do it and don't have SEO integrations

I resolved the problem of finding the right data where I need it. It's well presentend and I can easily show it to my team if I need to.
It's also very clear and smart.
Since we are working with Paragone on our day to day we were able to start analyzing data from multiple sources and channels all in one good looking Dashboard. It's all customizable so whenever you want to extract some insights you can go ahead and create your special Dashboard for that in a few minutes. Goodbye Supermetrics, Datastudio, connectors, etc.
Also, you can create Media Plans, a nice visual calendar for each campaign, launch campaigns directly from the App and Automate some of the repetitive work through the Automation Tool. We always get help from the expert team and customer service is there when we need it.
Nothing as everything is working perfectly for me so far. We are really expectant to start using the AI assistant for our daily optimizations.

Sometimes you don´t realize how much time you spend generating reports or creating campaigns.
Another BIG plus, is that the clients love to see the reports with this tool, and it looks way more professional.

It is more focused on social media rather than paid search. Even when it is understandable considering that most of the tools in the market are good on social or search but not on both, I would invite them to improve their paid search integration.

We have been using Paragone for several years now. It was my first contact with digital advertising, and using Paragone was a straightforward and smooth experience. Later on, when I tried doing the same thing in Facebook Ads Manager, I was literally lost. Today, I try to master both, but in terms of campaign creation flow, management and reporting, Paragone is superior and user-friendly. All the available automations are also a nice feature, such as naming automation and optimization. And there are so many features we are keen to try in the future, adding other channels and importing Google Analytics data. To sum up, Paragone was an essential piece in our 200% YoY growth into an 8-digit revenue business. Value for money.
It is not really a Paragone thing, but sometimes advertisers are whitelisted for some features that others are not. In this case, you might not see it in Paragone because it is not a standard feature. This means you will still need to check some campaign settings in Ads Manager, but that is the same with every other tool. Bottom line, Paragone may not always have everything you need, but it has EVERYTHING that you can get in a tool like that.

The pace of running campaigns is improved a lot. Onboarding new junior advertisers is much easier and faster as well. Reporting is also amazing.

For mass ad production and mass data processing, you should consider Paragone.
Time problems mostly. Benefit here is all the data at one place that is easily accessible in an API that is well designed.
The ability to look at all placements (engage, inspire and Convert) on one screen, with all the needed metrics, like CPM and Spend, are clearly located and viewable.
I have not experienced any downsides of Paragone so far; everything I have needed on the dashboard has been easily accessible and fairly simple to look for if anything I am looking for isn't right where I need it.
Problem solving would be monitoring accurate spend, which enables us to optimize. Also being able to view the CPM in order to avoid any trouble shooting has been very helpful.

If I really had to pick something, I would say that on occasion the platform has a hard time categorizing data by tactic, even with strict naming conventions and labels in place.
