Pros: I have checked a lot of Contest Softwares both online and offline, but seriously I have never seen such an easy to use Contest app.
I am very impressed with the results I have been seeing so far.
Cons: Nothing much, just that cat eye photo on the website, it looked scary for the first time I have visited the homepage to sign up. I hate cats.

Comments: Software is very easy to use for both the administrator of the contest and for those entering and/or voting in the contest.
Little things such, as voters buying bids and putting in a "piggy bank" so as not to incur higher PayPal fees, show the thought and work that goes into the development of the program.
The software is always being improved, most recently added the ability to have a video contest
Customer service is top notch. Whenever I had a question about a particular feature, support would get back within a day, usually within a few hours.
Overall "Make My Contest" is fantastic software with great support, and has helped us raise thousands of dollars in donations.

Comments: We have done photo contests before but this was the first time using Make My Contest. As a not-for-profit we were pleased that Make My Contest administration costs were significantly less than other available applications. Customer service was over the top great! It is truly surprising to experience such responsiveness. Our contest did very well and I equate much of that to the simple user interface participants and administrators and the real-time nature of the voting. We have already begun planning our next fundraiser with Make My Contest.
