MailStore Server is highly reliable, easy to deploy, and very efficient for email archiving. It offers fast search, strong compliance features, and seamless integration with multiple mail platforms, making archived emails quickly accessible when needed.

There are very few downsides. Some advanced features and reporting options could be more intuitive, but overall the product is stable, mature, and performs exactly as expected.

MailStore Server helps us securely archive emails for compliance, auditing, and long-term retention. It reduces dependency on live mailboxes, improves search and retrieval of historical emails, and ensures data availability without impacting production mail systems.

MailStore works really well for ensuring there's a compliance copy of every message sent and received, as well as reducing live mailbox sizes by archiving out everything older than whatever time period you specify.

It's highly customisable, and the powerful searching means that you have no trouble finding archived messages when needed.

It can be up and running pretty quickly, depending on your mail platform, although there's a lot of scope for fine-tuning the setup, and it's worth bearing in mind considerations around server and archive maintenance/management (mainly ensuring you have reporting to confirm it's all working, and that your archive is properly backed up somewhere).

Once you've invested a bit time in getting the setup correct and optimised, however, it's pretty much just a case of install and forget.

This one is low maintenance and easy-to-use system that can work with large volumes of emails.

The tool is easy to use and implement, and you don't need IT the knowledge to use the tool. Apart from that, the tool allows you to archive all your mails and company information with ease of retrieval. The Tool comes with encryption that assures you that all your emails and data are secure.

For the time I have used the tool, it has offered more than i expected. No disappointments so far.

We receive multiple emails, and we can not go deleting every mail we receive; thus, we realize the need for archiving software. The tool has been helpful in email and company data archiving and encrypting.

The tool is very easy to install and configure besides having the best features when it comes to email archiving. Sometimes you need to retrieve historical emails, conversations with this tool; everything is just great about this tool. With MailStore Server, be sure your emails are safe and secure.

Mailstore is very easy to use and helped take a lot of load off of our Exchange servers. Pricing was very competitive as well.

Managing the databases can be a bit kludgy. It would be nice to have the software have a more hands off approach to dealing with the datastores for email.

Our exchange servers had grown to very large sizes and had become very slow. We were unable to get cooperation from upper management to limit the size of mailboxes so MailStore helped us keep all the mail they "needed to keep" while taking the load off of our Exchange server.

The cost of the software is on a bit higher side otherwise it is very useful software for large business dealing on mails and required mails backup facility.
