The easy to use interface and knowledgebase was very helpful. I was able to create mail parsers that help facilitate my automation process by integrating it with Zapier.
I can't really say there's much that I did dislike about Mailparser.
It helps me parse my emails so that I can grab the content I need from the emails and send it out through a web hook. It has help me facilitate data transfer for different platforms. Are used to market to my subscribers.
It's a really powerful tool to automatically parse data in emails. We receive hundreds of emails every month from vendors and partners with the same format, so mailparser excels at automating the extraction of relevant data, a real-time and error saver. I particularly appreciate that it can extract content within zip files, PDF attachments and tables.
I can't think of anything, even their support was 5 stars when I had no idea how to create rules for a complex scenario.
Automating the extraction of information from hundreds of emails, saving lots of time and errors.
The ability to parse email bodies, subjects, and attachments is outstanding. There are really unlimited use cases for this product. I have several mailboxes configured.
The learning curve is a little steap, but not too bad. Once you get your first set of parsing rules and integration set up, the subsequent integrations are very easy. The use cases just pop up everywhere and you have the tools to implement them.
If you need to process emails or documents that are attached to emails, this is an outstanding product. Often times, we don't have control over how our customers send us orders and documents. This product solves for this. Also, if you want to automate file or document processing and get the data into a structured format (JSON) this is so useful. The required volume to make this worthwhile is low. If you get even a few documents a month that you need to process via email, it is worth it set up an integration using this product.
We use this to process customer purchase orders into our sales orders. I am able to reconcile credit card bank info. I am also able to process whole credit card statements by sending transaction files and ingesting them to our ERP.
Simple to set up, and real easy to edit existing flows with updates in your formats.
Having the capability to replace text is nice, but a more intricate way of having lookup replace values in a block would be convenient. The creation of rules can get excessive and would be easier to reconcile in a different format.
Creating sales orders from email templates! No more manual entry or deciphering parts manually or digging through emails anymore. Now we can just reference an email when it comes in and this has freed up hours a week
The simplicity and ability to create multiple mailboxes makes this a great solution.
Working with the parsed data in JSON format is not always super straightforward.
If you need to process emails in volume, MailParser is awesome and very affordable.
I've used MailParser to process thousands of customer purchase orders in my sales orders. This saves us hundreds of hours per year in manual data entry.
The support team is very quick and helpful if you have any questions. I wasn't sure at first how to pull some data from different pages in an Excel Attachment. I submitted a ticket and they provided easy instructions in a timely manner. I have worked with other support teams before when and the response time takes much longer and the end result is less than desirable.
There is a slight learning curve to get started. When you first get started it can be confusing because there is so much that you can do with mail parser. Just focus on one thing at a time and you will get it. It took me a minute also just to make sure I was forwarding everything correctly from Gmail but not everything works flawlessly. I have been very impressed with this program. Excellent investment.
Well worth the investment. It is fairly cheap and has saved me from having to copy paste data myself daily. Once you discover how to connect this to Google Sheets a lot of doors open.
I have am using Mail Parser right now to pull reporting out of my email everyday. It set up a forward to Mail Parser from Gmail. Mail Parser then recieves the email and pulls out the first attachment which is an Excel report. It jumps to the 5 sheet and even is set to skip the first few rows of data. I then have mail parser place that data in Google Sheets. I built several dashboards using that data and love that it updates automatically for me with the help of Mail Parser.
Parsing system is very flexible and "smart" making the less false positives posible. Princing is reasonable and it gets new interesting features, as parsing content in attached docs.
UX is a bit dated. Among that, it does the job great. There are alternatives, but Mailparser is both for agencies and developers, as it can be used by people with different skills and everybody wlll take profit for it.
Parsing data from different email sources (usually classified ads portals) and getting their data via API to send it to a lead manager is easy with Mailparser. You can set up multi-customer routines as it can handle different inboxes for each customer.
The best thing about mailparser is that you can collect names, address, phone numbers etc. from all the mails that you receive for your products to capture leads. It also helps in other ways where you can make different rules for different type of mails to get captured differently.
The limit that I felt was to parse information for html format mail templates, it results inaccurate parsing sometimes. One other thing that I felt was the security issue for private data. How can I be sure that it is secured for some important private business data.
Mailparser is solving the tedious work of getting the main details from email to get in touch with clients. You can achieve more clients sales with mail parser and makes business better.
With the right third party integrations, Mailparser simplifies the data transfer from forms and other data points in our marketing so that it can be used universally and clearly.
The data is not stored for long periods of time, so if there is data destruction on one end or an accident, then Mailparser can't be relied on as a backup. I do understand why, but in an emergency, don't look to Mailparser.
Form data transfer to multiple data sources.

This is one of the amazing app that helps to capture the data from incoming emails and send it to the spreadsheet or any API integration
I don't have any dislikes as such. Everything is fine and it does it's job well
It effectively parses all my mails to Google sheet so that I don't have to keep track of any
