A solid, well priced service
Mailgun as a service has been rock solid, with very rare incidents that have always been well communicated through. When I have has a question or needed it, support has always been great, with decent 24 hour turn around.

DZONE® Skydiving loves Mailgun
DZONE® Skydiving loves Mailgun! We needed a solution for SMTP that was reasonable and more importantly reliable. While we are small and can't even send enough mail to get above the lowest tier, Mailgun's support team is responsive and attentive. The product is rock-solid. Our only support issues have been administrative and for technical knowledge. Our SMTP mail makes it to our customers successfully and Mailgun provides excellent documentation for setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Thanks Mailgun; we plan to grow with you on our team!

We are a brand new user of Mailgun
We are a brand new user of Mailgun. Our initial test went well, but when the Mailgun SMTP server was integrated into our app, we ran into a problem. Tech support supplied ideas that allowed us to get to the source of the problem, and we are now up and running. Our only criticism is that tech support is via e-mail only - no phone support, which would have saved us a day of debugging.
