I've worked with Mailchimp for a long time and what I have noticed lately is worthy of a review.

Their customer service is fantastic - they are available 24/7 due to the time difference, so as a freelancer this is imperative with flexible working hours. Not only that, they strived to resolve my billing query asap and scheduled a follow up to heck that all was ok.

As someone with over 20 years experience in marketing and 10+ years in email and sms marketing, this is a godsend. Thank you!
