The reporting is a little challenging to get the hang of when first using. It could be intimidating to some users.

The product and service MagStar provides is of the highest quality. Their team of experts made, and continues to make my job easier every day. If you want to partner with a company that cares about your success as much as you do, MagStar is the answer for you. The people we worked with had answers to almost every single question we had (which was A LOT) and when they didn't, they did the work to find us a solution. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Total Retail has allowed us to speed up daily tasks that used to take a week into one day. It is also allowing us to have entire control over the Point of Sale experience with standard processes. We are able to use real time sales data to predict for the future instead of only analyzing past data. For us, the next decision isn't a guessing game anymore.

Not being connected to the GL account with our company, freezing of the point of sale screens and in the back end freezes at certain points when skip button is used. balancing issues, and float discrepancies

Go through everything before you sign. There were many things in the initial meetings available which inticed us but then found out there were additional cost to almost everything that we wanted.
