What do you like best about Lucidea Integrated Library Systems?

Sydney- the team from Lucidea was great in implementing, training, and launching this. I like the capabilities to customize reports and allow users/patrons to have a stored profile.

What do you dislike about Lucidea Integrated Library Systems?

The admin site can be a bit confusing - slightly outdated look in my opinion. Also, the OPAC design seems limited in capabilities and ability to really customize.

Lookup is helping us determine what databases are used and trying to determine what ones are not, in the hope that we can cut funding for non-essential resources.
