I really appreciate Lucid for its extensive collection of symbols and graphics which significantly enhance my ability to create effective diagrams. The capability to incorporate detailed elements into diagrams is far superior to what I was able to achieve with Visio, allowing for a more comprehensive and informative representation of my engineering projects. Lucid's format is particularly appealing, providing a nice and organized layout which makes the diagram creation process smoother and more visually satisfying. This has allowed me to efficiently produce network diagrams across different regions on a daily basis, marking it as an indispensable tool for my work. Its capacity to replace and outperform VIZIO in these regards demonstrates its substantial value.

I find Lucid not as straightforward when I first start using it. There could be better self-help training and capabilities for people who haven't really used the software before. The initial setup could have been a bit easier, as it needs more self-help tools and training.

I use Lucid for engineering project management, replacing VIZIO. It offers superior diagram detail and format, enhancing symbol and graphic use for making proper diagrams.

In some cases, the features require specific network capabilities. Not all the objects available with the reader license may need to enhance the licensing options to bring a few features to readers.

Using Lucid we solve issues regarding the schemes, models, and process creation through diagrams, it helps so wider our company to be aware of the importance to be in the best focus to work.

I would like to have a more powerful text redactor and posibility to import other file formats. It can be better if there were a messaging tool for direct communication with othere shared users.

I solve the use case and user story elaboration problems. I am preparing the schemas and diagrams for developers, timelines and business process flows for engineers.

Lucid lets me upload high-GB files into a folder on my desktop that connects to the server, so I don't have to worry about web portals staying open. Once I open the folder and drop the file in, Lucid does the rest.

It takes a few steps to open the application but once you're in it's very easy.

File-sharing has become very important during a work-from-home adjustment, and unlike other applications like Slack, Lucid has no limit on the size of the file you're transferring.
