Looppanel integrates with Microsoft teams or Google Meet, the expereince is seamless for interviewees, who don't have to download/figure out/trust bespoke UXR software/app/add-on

All analysis can be done quickly in one place. I don't have to go to an external excel, or digital qhiteboard like I used to.

The AI notetaker does an incredible job of selecting important quotes and summarizing them.

Complete control of all data. I can download all videos, clips, notes, tags easily and at any time.

No ability to make reels of clips. I need to download clips, and make reels externally. Reels are a very valuable tool for sharing empathy.

Editing/grooming the AI notes is a little clunky and takes time. The notes are very good, but when they do need editing/tweaking, the Looppanel UI makes this challenging.

I work as a UXR with a large Canadian media company. Our old research platform was often challenging for users to connect to and they raised the costs to an unsustainable amount. Looppanel is user friendly and a lower cost option than most.

Looppanel has the most loved features like AI notes and recording to help us and will improve the productivity of the team, the user interface is also easily understandable to new users.

Genuinely there are no dislikes about Looppanel, it is a great platform and simply I personally love it.

The main benefiting thing is that it makes it easier to find user opinions and shares which also helps the user by saving time by collecting the information that exactly user needs

Nothing dislike from Looppanel, I feel like Premium upgrads are to high and remaining everything is good in Looppanel

I like the fact that everything is kept in one place and all information is nicely linked, from raw quotes to extracted insights

the part I dislike the most is the little possibility of customizing the insights list, also it would be nice to have more filters in the analysis area, such as filtering by multiple tags simoultaneously

Looppanel keeps everything in one place and saves labour time, although you still need to go through the transcript as the AI notes are not quite acurate

My experience with Looppanel has been great. The seamless integration with Zoom, and uploading my research call recordings directly eliminates the headache of uploading videos 1 by 1. The analysis AI has been exterminating beneficial in my analysis and has cut down the time required for developing external reports. So far we have used it for all our online research projects and had been fairly simple to use.

The UI is a little bit clunky and navigation is a little odd. Team members need to share with you their project for you to upload, not just view.
