Loopio has amazing library and is very user friendly. I use it on daily basis in my work. I love the feature of liabrary location (Stacks). This helps me in filtering the responses.

Sometime unable to find the answers as keyword search fails.

Excellent Content Management Functionality

What do you like best about Loopio?

The library management for our boilerplate content is second to none. We've looked at many other vendors for this specific purpose, and Loopio's is the most user friendly and simple version out there.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

We don't manage our RFP response process in there, it's too much to get our 50+ stakeholders across sales, operations, and product involved. They prefer to use Microsoft Teams with Word documents for editing, and so does our team for ease.

Content management and boilerplate "freshness." We manage all of our content reviews across multiple companies under one parent company.

I love the ability to search content quickly and schedule auto reviews with subject matter experts. This ensures our content is always accurate! The Library structure and functionality is extremely user friendly.

We have too many stakeholders involved in an RFP process for them to work on drafts directly in Loopio, but it works well for what we need it for which is Library and Content management.

Revolutionised How We Respond to RFPs

What do you like best about Loopio?

I like how easy it is to export proposals using project templates, and how the library is designed for easy navigation, making it simple to search through many entries.

What do you dislike about Loopio?

The downside at the moment is that it’s not fully functional with all RFP's - there’s still some work to be done on how it handles certain Word documents, for example. However, I believe it will get smarter over time. Similarly, the Magic feature isn’t always 100% accurate (though I think this is something we could also improve on our end).

What problems is Loopio solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s solving the problem we used to have with being overwhelmed by security questionnaires, which took ages to complete. With Loopio, a lot of the basic (and repetitive) work is covered, allowing us to focus our efforts elsewhere.
