Great Customer Service

I used it briefly last year to make a logo, it was a good service and filled my use cases. I was charged a year later because I had forgotten and not even used the service after that initial one or two days and they replied within 24 hours and gave me a refund.

Quick resolution of query

Found Looka easy to use to create logo etc. Frank was super helpful and quick to resolve a billing query using the contact email which usually I dread! Very efficient, based on this I wouldn’t hesitate to use again 🌟

DNS Settings Help

I was having issues with the DNS settings after moving my site to Looka from Jobber. I saw that support was only via chat and expected delays, but they reached out to me within the hour and once we started the communication, they kept responding until the issue was resolved. For the price and flexibility, so far, I am happy to have chosen to use Looka for my logo and business website.
