The Applications in Reform are a big help!

I haven't found anything yet that I don't like.

I worked in Immigration Office, helping clients with immigration processes.

I like how the website allows you to stay organized, multi-task, leave comments, and do multiple activities within the arena.

I don't have not came across any dislikes yet.

This is a great product to keep organized! Having this tool makes it easier to keep everything in one place. I like being able to share clients documents, information, conversations, appointments, forms, and evidence with other co-workers that are also working with the same client case.

I am able to create forms with ease, have the clients information as needed, add valuable information that helps me keep track of all aspects of each client.

LollyLaw has the best customer service I have ever encountered!

Every software provider has some issues, the difference with LollyLaw is that they listen and diligently work to resolve their issues!

The journal is beneficial to keep records, to see progress in clients' profiles, to manage our time better, and keeps evidence when we get any complaint

It doesn't have a to-do list or a way to organize ideas or something, so we need another system to make notes.

We love that it's immigration specific. We love the customer service. We love the customization ability. We love that it does everything -- immigration forms, client management, time tracking, reports, billing, etc. And it's got a secure client portal. And it's so user friendly.

It's not quite 100% on all the bells and whistles yet, e.g. reports and invoicing are a struggle sometimes. I would love to see Quickbooks integrated, which I believe is coming.

But, we see the potential.

Try it out first. Some people want everything a software does to be excellent. It's not quite there yet, but it's getting there!

Invoicing is complicated in version 2. I was able to understand and do my own invoicing when needed. Now, I have to have my accountant do it no matter what. The benefit is having an all-in-one system, which is so important to my firm. We don't want to have four or five different systems for timekeeping, client management, client portal, invoicing, billing, and immigration forms.

The Forms do not update automatically. It is hard to update client info quickly

Lolly Law helps streamline client data as you can keep it on the dashboard of t the client profile.

More efficient with forms as it pulls data from the client profile, knowing all of the clients data in one easy place

Lolly is very user-friendly. I like that it's easy to navigate the portals and the contacts within the system. It facilitates being able to handle a large case load.

Some minor issues have come up but have been resolved by John and his team when brought up to them.

I highly recommend Lolly for big and small firms. It is a good product to keep track of large case loads and it is more affordable than other products that I have used in the past.

Lolly is great for keeping track of emails and timing. It is effortless to upload emails from my Gmail account and add events to the Lolly that get added to my google calendar.

The system allows linking every client's relationships including family, addresses, and work history.

Team workers must familiarize themselves and educate themselves in using Lolly Law.

Easy form updating and preparation

My favorite feature on Lolly is the tasks. It helps keep me organized and on top of the essential duties I have to perform. I also enjoy how user-friendly it is.

I want to be able to create my tasks when a matter is created instead of auto-generated ones.

Learn to use every aspect because it is all useful.

I have been more organized. The dashboard helps with knowing what I have to do each day.
