How the set up of template in the beginning can be confusing

.It is easy to navigate and log in and report cases

It lacks certain reporting tools such as risk navigator

It manages our cases and easy to go back into years later

We used to to vendor management by worksheets, now with automation and direct communication to the vendor it frees up so much of my time.

Some of the screens take a little bit of digging to find.

I really like that LogicManager is user friendly and intuitive, making it easy to follow along with the dashboard. It allows the task onus to remain with one individual while documenting progress to implement requirements across the organization. The initial setup was easy and straightforward.

The process to log notes and attachments could be included on the main dashboard instead of logging into each individual ticket. Adding a form field to drag and drop attachments to a ticket without logging into the ticket record.

I use LogicManager to track employer and benefits-related regulatory compliance, ensuring tasks are correctly assigned and progress is well-documented.

The quarterly updates are fantastic. The LM Team is always thinking of new ways to ensure we stay compliant and can use technology in financial services to support accountability and audit/exam needs. They also implement technology we request when it’s helpful, and they host great monthly calls that walk through how to best use the new products they release.

The workflow overview is too small and needs upgrading to display the entire workflow without requiring excessive navigation up and down the page.

Recent changes and learning the Risk Ripple are great.

I really love Logic manager and how easy it is to traverse and understand. It is very employee friendly and I am always able to get my stuff done efficiently and easily which is nice seeing how busy I am. Very convenient and nice!

My only dislike is that sometimes the website is a little laggy but overall I don’t think that is too much on logic manager itself.

Logic manager helps me solve problems at work by keeping incidents documented and kept in file for our company.

I like that you can easily see the task list and when you have tasks due.
