i don't have dislikes about the Livespace CRM.but, it takes little while to fully learn all of the features and functionalities.

For the B2B companies it is the best in market and even i recommend to each and every firm to use this CRM.As it will increase the sales for sure.

I don't like how it monitors the actions of each person. We work as a team and should be able to trust that we are doing what we are told to do and everyone is doing their part.

This again, has been one helpful tool in monitoring the actions the company takes towards making more sales/reaching more business. It is laid out nicely to be able to see what we have done.
