One of the best SAAS platform product I have come across and was selected to implement the software to one of the Diagnostics Chain. The technology stack and the ease of the software is the icing on the cake. I loved their live monitoring dashboard with respect to the foot fall and the tests being conducted across different locations of the diagnostics lab. I had the opportunity to work with the senior management , and the team open to feedback to enhancement of their product. The ease of Machine integration with the systems in short period of time and the team dedication working towards a smooth launch.
Nothing as such I disliked about the product and the entire team.
LiveHealth was selected to solve the problem of ease of Machine integration and also provide a consolidated dashboard for the billing system, daily reconciliation of branch collection. Livehealth provided a unified solution to all stakeholders which includes the patient, doctors and the Diagnostic senior management both on web and mobile devices.
Implementing LiveHealth, the management was able to have an 360 view of their business on a daily basis across their branches.

Those who understand technology can easily access reports on app. But those who are less technology advanced are unhappy when they do not get report by WhatsApp if registered under alternate number.
Since reports are WhatsApped only to primary number and not to those registered under alternate. Those members who do not have personal mobile number are unhappy. However those who understand technology can view reports on app even if registered under alternate.

Every aspect of this product is very easy to learn, whether you're a user or an administrator each section is easy to configure and works well. The setup was done with help from the LiveHealth team and they completely helped customize every aspect for us as it was an integration rather than a standalone setup.
While almost every part is customizable and can be done using the frontend there are still many smaller aspects that require help from the LH team as we do not get access to it. This can sometimes cause a quick fix to take a day or 2, luckily I had a great project manager and this got done pretty quickly for me.
A good solution for automating aspects of your lab, especially with regards to processing and reporting of tests.
Machine interfacing and report automation was a part we were struggling with and this got addressed to a large part with LH.
Livehealth is extremely user friendly software where even phlebotomist can use the registration module with an ease. All mandatory steps like registration, bar coding, accession, interfacing, review, verification, ensure that there is no scope for pre-examination or examination errors and minimise TAT. During review and verification, the alert on past test results saves lots of time in communication with the referring doctors and help further minimising TAT. The best part is a finance module which gives MIS reports helping in analysing your own performance in all areas. In short, this cloud based LIMS is a complete LIS tool for any size laboratory.
Inventory module and QC module. Though both these modules are available, they dont give the desired output.
Livehealth has a smart Finance module which helps us, tracking balance payments and that has definately helped us controlling defaulter payments. Other MIS reports like test analysis, source analysis, revenue analysis has assisted us analysing the centre's overall performance and future scope. Livehealth Reach feature looks interesting but we have yet not used it.
