Fast and easy to use.

Wish it could be used a backup tool instead of a normal cloud service (files do not get deleted when deleted from the computer).
I have been asking for a simple feature to be added to the portal where you see the uploaded files. A simple solution of sorting the viewing files does not exist.

I've been a customer of Livedrive for many years now, firstly via a reseller (Monster)then the reseller up'd the price too much and so I dealt direct with Livedrive. The software is very easy to use, I've been saved several times by using the backups. The pricing is very competitive and the service is very good, not that I've had much call to contact them over the years because its always worked just as it should. All in all highly recommend.

I have backed up all my precious data, photos especially, to Livedrive for almost a decade. It's easy, automatic and priced nicely. I have never needed the backup, but the security of knowing that everything is not only duplicated for safety's sake but also available to me wherever I am is invaluable.
