I like that Lipscore is easy to use and customize. The ability to change colors and placements helps match the aesthetics of our high-end shop. I also appreciate the nice design.

I would like to customize more when it comes to invitations, like having different invite dates based on products. Also, while the initial setup was okay, we had to do a lot of customizations.

I can manually configure and set up a lot with Lipscore, which I like. I also like that I can actively invite product reviews. Additionally, it has a great appearance. Everything can be customized very individually, so it fits our e-commerce. After a few small difficulties at the beginning, the setup worked wonderfully and we had good support.

Unfortunately, there are no batches yet that could be used for other purposes such as commercials.

Lipscore makes our site more credible and directs customers back after purchase. I can manually adjust a lot and actively invite reviews, which makes it ideal for our e-commerce.

Great onboarding, Fantastic response-rates, Easy-to-use platform. Always used Truspilot, but In my prior job I changed from Trustpilot to Lipscore in an attempt to make more out of reviews. Got a new job now where I chose a market leader as that was the partner of the dev-agency. Took 1/2 year and I came back to Lipscore. Love it.
