there should be a range meter should be added , For example if we are looking for a candidate in NC within 25 to 40 Miles distance some times we get candidate more than 80 miles.

LinkedIn talent hub is a fantastic platform not only because it has all the features we have in the LinkedIn recruiter, but it also has a lot of functionalities to create pathways, retain talent, and manage candidates during every hiring stage.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Talent Hub?

Overall I can say I won't dislike anything. Yes, there is always scope for improvement. It sometimes lags, but that is not a significant problem. Also, it could have been more user-friendly.

It solves the problems from top to bottom. Starting from Sourcing till candidates get hired. I can manage the candidates throughout the hiring process. Retain talent and build my pipelines.
