Become a Guru with LibGuru

What do you like best about LibGuru?

It takes some of the guesswork out of library functions, so you can just input information and not have to worry.

What do you dislike about LibGuru?

I don't have any huge dislikes about this software. It's functional.

What problems is LibGuru solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work in an academic library. It helps keep the information management efficent so we don't have to worry about system errors.

Decent product for small scale libraries

What do you like best about LibGuru?

Ability to easily implement bar code scanning and cataloging for small scale library at our small school network.

What do you dislike about LibGuru?

Cost is still significant - especially when you consider the ability to use apps on your iPhone to do similar things. Interface isn't pretty.

Recommendations to others considering LibGuru?

Really fast way to get going with a barcode system for books. Good customer service.

What problems is LibGuru solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a small shared library system and needed a way to monitor student and teacher use through a barcode system.
