Affordable Custom App Made Easy with Learnyst—Awesome Support Team

What do you like best about Learnyst?

I remember the day, when I was searching to build a customize app and wasted almost 1 month in discussing the requirements with several service providers, then I find Learnyst. I can't even imagine to build such a wonderful product at an affordable prices. After sale service is awesome, being a CA I am not aware about the technicalities, learnyst has made it very easy for me.

Reliable platform with a user-learning curve, backed by helpful support

What do you like best about Learnyst?

I like that it’s simple and reliable. Uploading videos and managing courses is easy, so I can focus more on the content instead of dealing with technical issues.

What do you dislike about Learnyst?

Customization is limited. I’d also prefer support for multiple admins logged in at the same time, since different admins work on their own schedules from different parts of the world.

What problems is Learnyst solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly, the platform itself isn’t causing issues. The main challenge is my own learning curve, and whenever I have questions or concerns, the Learnyst team has been responsive and supportive in addressing them.

One way to make Learnyst even more powerful would be to introduce a multi-level teacher and admin system, as well as options for customised content dripping and similar features.

We were looking for a secure way to deliver our courses, and we found that Learnyst provided the solution. Learnyst’s system prevents users from downloading content or taking screenshots, which has given us confidence in their platform.

It is easy to use. Navigations are clear. The resource library is also good. Other than that, we always get quick help from support team.

The content security can be little better in the basic plan as well.

What do you dislike about Learnyst?

The main area where I feel Learnyst can improve is the overall user experience. The UX is not very intuitive at times, both for us as admins and for students who are onboarding to the platform. Enhancing the UX to be more streamlined and user-friendly would make a big difference. Along with that, a few UI refinements could also help improve clarity and make the platform feel smoother and more modern.

We needed a reliable e-learning platform to take our education offerings online, and Learnyst has made that possible. This has allowed us to streamline our operations, reduce manual effort, and focus more on teaching rather than handling tech setups. Overall, it solves the core problem of needing a stable e-education platform and has made running our online courses much more efficient and scalable.

Worth experience as premium user

there is payment system is bad i changed my card to make payment not accepted and after 10 days I hardly i reach customer service and i spoke then they send me payment link and i lost 10-15 days so i should pay again after 15 days 250$ for my course if you not pay your school get locked and stdents can't enter and when you want to download any content from your videos they charge you at least 200$ if it's big lets say 1tb they charge you 5000$ for content to download which is funny business i was premium user almost more then 1-years and i paid every month 260$ to open my videos right now i would like to go away from this website bcz i lost my videos now if i want to stop my school my all course will be deleted but download not possible if you have money pay it they will download and send to you lol
