Use it with all of your campaigns, if only to get insights as to the effectiveness of your different creatives. For example, I discovered that :30 ads were more effective in generating web visits than :15s. Also that a second week of ads wasn't as effective as the first.

Its very simple to use. The reports that are generated have valuable information to share with the client...almost like results of the campaign. You can change those things that are not working and enhance the elements that are producing results for the client.
That a client has to have a long enough campaign in order to get the information. Great for longer campaigns, can't really use for short duration campaigns.
