The best solution to managing your lead flow

What do you like best about LeadConduit?

LeadConduit gives us 100% autonomy and controls over what leads enter our system. Without LeadConduit, our CRM and lead management software would be a mess of unnecessary data.

What do you dislike about LeadConduit?

Nothing. LeadConduit covers every base that is required for this sector of our business.

What problems is LeadConduit solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeadConduit manages the inflow of leads so that all the leads that enter our lead management software are only the ones we want. By allowing us to filter by things like zip code, checking for duplicates, toggle lead sources on and off, LeadConduit keeps our data neat and organized.

The most Helpful thing about using leadConduit is that it allows you to customize your lead flow.

I have not run into anything that hasn't helped me drastically.

Easy Data Gathering

What do you like best about LeadConduit?

LeadConduit makes it easy to use and gather the data you need. LeadConduit then displays it in an easy to read format. I consider this a time saving tool because I get what I need at a glance.

What do you dislike about LeadConduit?

I have been using LeadConduit for over a year, and I have NO issues or dislikes with it. LeadConduit gives me what I ask for, and that's what I like about it. I would recommend LeadConduit to anyone.

What problems is LeadConduit solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work with leads for my sales team, and LeadConduit, at a glance, shows me how many leads were submitted versus how many leads were successfully loaded to the dialer for the sales team to call.

Great Leads

What do you like best about LeadConduit?

It helps us dignify all of our different customized leads. It places all our filtered leads in our CRM in order to call certain ones at specific times. It is a very organized tool to help out the whole company.

What do you dislike about LeadConduit?

It does not work well with Five9 system in placing certain leads in the dialer and the naming of the leads showing up, but this might be an error of two sites working together not a one sided thing.

What problems is LeadConduit solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping us validate which leads are contact leads, shows us a demographic and financial view of our leads and how to address the inbound and outbound leads to speak to one another.

LeadConduit is a workhorse application that is always reliable and dynamic enough to handle pretty much any API integration we need.

What do you dislike about LeadConduit?

LeadConduit's SOAP/XML integration is quite a bit difficult to set up and leaves a lot to be desired.

What problems is LeadConduit solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeadConduit allows our non-engineer employees to set up new API integrations, which accelerates our timeline for onboarding new clients.

Duplicates No More

What do you like best about LeadConduit?

Ruben provided me a way to save Sunpro tons of money with Lead Conduit's ability to sift through the mounds of leads and ensure that we didn't buy unnecessary duplicates.

What do you dislike about LeadConduit?

We never really found much to dislike about Lead Conduit, the service provides what I needed and has not let me down.

Recommendations to others considering LeadConduit?

There are newer products on the market that can perform the same function (or similar) to Lead Conduit now, but this is the platform that has worked from the beginning for me and I trust it. My relationship with Ruben Ugarte had paid dividends time and time again. The product and Ruben are the reasons why Lead Conduit is a simple solution.

What problems is LeadConduit solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was new to the solar industry and I was introduced to Ruben from one of our vendors as a resource to minimize waste when it came to buying leads over and over again. At the time there were few if any, solutions to having to buy the same lead week after week without an in-depth daily CRM scrub.

LeadConduit has made it incredibly easy to track all of our marketing efforts in one space.

What do you like best about LeadConduit?

I like that LeadConduit allows us to enhance each flow individually so we're protected and handling the leads in the best way possible.

What do you dislike about LeadConduit?

I wish the at-will reporting would allow us to go back further than 90 days.

Ask questions! Their customer service team is fantastic and will help teach you the ropes.

We are ensuring that we're only receiving TCPA-compliant leads. That's huge for us. We can also use it for a variety of different marketing funnels.

Sometimes filters seem to fail, specifically the duplicate filter.

Easy way to filter leads and create custom lead flow

What do you like best about LeadConduit?

Easy integration and usage. Can customize our lead flow with easy to place and move modules. Filters out the leads we don't want with ease. Dashboard is very easy to use and find data.

What do you dislike about LeadConduit?

Would like to see a way to append emails so we can place into lead flow with that data.

What problems is LeadConduit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have to worry about the leads that are coming into our CRM being good leads or not. Easy to adjust how we want leads delivered and filtered.
