I really like that Lark brings everything together into one communication and business tool. It's great that it's all in one place, which makes it really simple to use, especially for beginners. I mostly use the Messenger and email features, and they work well for me.

Setting up Lark for the organization was a bit challenging. It's simple in some aspects, but when it comes to using it for organizational purposes, it can get difficult.

Lark combines communication and business tools in one platform and is simple for beginners.

I like that it has everything inside, not just oh it has docs, sheets, but like everything, automation done, integrating it with AI Agent easy.

just recently we had this AI Lark certification, where in application I learned it is even better to operating Lark Base by integrating it with AI, it can help me generate image, dropdown choices, and many more.

I really like that I can use one app, like Lark, to store important files in one place and access them from anywhere, which makes it easy for me to work wherever I am. The Base App, Lark Form, and Lark Approval are especially helpful because they simplify my workflow and keep things organized. It was also very easy to set up and feels genuinely user-friendly, which is a big plus for me. Honestly, no other apps make it like Lark.

Lark helps everuthing organize. I don't have to buy another CRM or project management. Their Base App cover it perfectly. Their Approval helps shorten out execution. Reaally really love working using Lark

It’s a great fit for any business. For what we pay, we get a lot of value in return, and it feels well worth the cost. Not really much to complain since Lark already got everything my company needs

I really appreciate Lark Base for being user-friendly while still offering a proper relational database with linked tables, forms, views, and dashboards. This feature allows me to build tools like operational trackers and management dashboards quickly and effectively, which would otherwise take weeks. The automation and approval processes are excellent, sending notifications for approvals directly in chat and eliminating the need for follow-ups. Lark's Docs and Wiki are built for real-time collaboration, making it easy to embed Base views and manage tasks efficiently. The Open Platform API is also impressive, allowing me to integrate Lark with other systems and automate tasks without hitting a ceiling. Lastly, the pricing of the entry tier offers substantial value compared to similar products, especially for small teams or when piloting the system.

There are a few things about Lark that I'm not too thrilled about. The learning curve is steep, which can really stall rollouts, because people tend to fall back to using WhatsApp and Excel unless you give them proper training. Anycross is the weak link because there are few third-party connectors, and sometimes they're built on outdated API versions, making no-code integrations less reliable than one might hope. Features and documentation are released on Feishu before Lark, so you can end up a version behind if you're building anything non-trivial. Also, Base has row limits, which feel artificially low, and as tables get large with formulas or links, things start to slow down. The mobile app is fine for basic viewing and entry, but it's not up to par for building or more complex tasks.

Lark consolidates scattered information into a single platform, reducing re-keying and missed follow-ups. With Base, I build operational systems quickly, and Wiki improves documentation access. Automations, dashboards, and fast iterations enhance efficiency and adaptability for me and my clients.

Very good for people with no coding or IT experience. It has helped a lot in my BD and sales division by improving system and process optimization. I’ve been able to leverage my team’s efforts much more effectively through automation, Base, AI, and other features. As a result of this optimization through Lark, I improved revenue by about 60% year over year.

Sometimes Larksheet lags when you’re working with several large data sheets, especially when you reopen a document and need to refresh and load it again. The AI features offered aren’t very competitive, but we can integrate with open AI. Aside from that, Lark has helped me and my team a lot.

The all in one platform actually making my worklife easier for having only one platform for all, and already has built in AI inside to make it event better! Worth every penny!

Size is quite big and slow load on phone or even if signal is not that good. Especially the form.

What I like most about Lark is that it brings many essential business tools into one platform. Instead of using separate applications for communication, task management, approvals, forms, databases, and automation, we can manage most of these activities within the same ecosystem.

I particularly use Lark Base, Automation, and Messenger on a daily basis. Lark Base is very flexible because it can be connected with forms, dashboards, approvals, calendars, and automated workflows. The ability to build and automate business processes without requiring programming skills is also a major advantage.

What I like most about Lark is that it is a comprehensive, all-in-one workspace platform. It seamlessly integrates essential communication and productivity tools—including messaging, video meetings, email, calendars, and cloud storage—into a single interface. Having everything in one place eliminates the hassle of constantly switching between different applications, as all our discussions, documents, and meetings are centralized.

Additionally, I really appreciate its powerful search functionality. It makes finding specific files, messages, or information fast and effortless. Overall, my experience with Lark's AI and automated features has been very positive and valuable for our daily operations.

While Lark offers advanced document creation capabilities with Lark Docs and Sheets, its file import and export compatibility with external document formats needs significant improvement.

I also appreciate the fast, easy, and seamless setup, which was much easier than with Microsoft Teams.

I mean, well, right now, what I'd like is if Lark could also be used by external people, like WhatsApp. I want to communicate with potential customers, and most of them use WhatsApp. So I have to communicate over there because Lark, for me, is only within the organization. It's not really for anything outside of the organization.
