It is super user friendly, but with a high level of confidence and flexibility to adapt it to the tests you are running. The software makes us use less time on not productive activities and we can focus more on the lab-work. There is a whole range of add-ons covering almost anything, but for us it has been making the production easier and more cost effective. We have the Saas-service and downtime is zero. Also the support of SSA and great robustness is great.

Sone of the searches may have some slow indexing, and the CRM-module would be more useful if it were closer/easier to find with less clicks. Also language on reports may be an issue but I know they are working on that.

An easy software-solution for a small company

The use is simple and effective, the different modules cover all aspects and activities of a laboratory. Furthermore, the advanced customization allows it to be easily adapted to one's needs and uses. The after-sales service is very responsive and competent.

Many modules and functions are not necessarily useful, depending on each person's use, but they can be hidden.

It allows for keeping stock inventories up to date (reagents, consumables, chemical and biological products, equipment, ...), managing orders, and tracking entries and exits. Very practical in case of an audit and/or inspection! But also in the daily management of the laboratory.

The labcollector system has become my best assistant, because it provides me with very complete analyzes in order to study and prevent serious and not so serious cases of diseases that arrive in my laboratory. This system gives me the possibility to manage the samples of my patients in an organized and fast way, allowing me to manage them by level of severity if this is the case.

I like this system because it allows me to better manage everything that has to do with updating the data, because it is important to keep up to date with this type of medical studies, this software also allows us to have a database in the cloud, which We can dispose at any time.

LabCollector LIMS & ELN organizes everything from reports, client contact information, to data logs, and analysis tracking. It makes it seem as though your office were over-run with secretaries and data entry specialists.

I have used XLIMS for several years, and LabCollector LIMS & ELN is structured very different. However, it seems to be a much smoother-running application, that is significantly more user-friendly than XLIMS ever was. It will just take some time to become familiar with it.

The amount of time and effort you will save by switching to LabCollector LIMS & ELN is unfathomable. Its organizational capabilities, as well as the many new features it offers puts it 10 steps above the rest.

Business problems we experience on a regular basis are loss of records and reports, loss of client information, questionable data, and disorganization in general. The LIMS is very customizable, and easy to use.
