I work from the Philippines and had to call US numbers like government, private individuals, and companies. KrsipCall made my work lighter as it is easy to use. Very reliable for my work setup as I need to connect to clients and customers overseas. It is also cheap to call. I've used it for multiple hours already, and I just used around $10 credits. Their support is also always available and easy to reach out to.

I just don't like the message button on the right side. It covers the text field when I wanted to use the text messaging feature.

The IVR builder is genuinely easy - I setup a three-level menu in under an hour with no prior experience . The Unified callbox keeps the team alligned on which customer issues are open. Call recording quality is good and playback is fast.

We experienced 3 separate call drops incidents in the first week that prevented outbound calling.

still better than many voip providers

Krispcall integrates with CRM like Microsoft so perfectly so it's too easy call from my CRM directly.

I wish there was a file sharing option and MMS options as a features in here.

In the past we used to lose deals cuz calls were going unanswered now the problem is almost solved.

The most loving feature in here i like is power dialer,it boosts call volume massively. Support is nice.

Some more integrations needed to be add up, other nothing major, all good so far.

personally now i feel like outbound and inbound calls are finally organized, teams works faster now.

Super easy to get started, audio calls are clear, Pricing is fair comparatively to others.

Only thing i don't like is everytime i login i have to type captcha which i feel iritating.

before i was user of Ringcentral then i heard about krispcall and i thought to give it a try and surprisingly this one is good and pricing is also cheaper comparatively.

.They are giving good services and they are very quick and rushila is really helpful

Toll-free and local numbers can be obtained immediately, call blocking is very effective at blocking spam calls, ring groups distribute calls evenly across the team.

International rates for calls could be more competitive. Lack of some advanced analytics tools.

They were able to get us our toll-free number in minutes, not days. Spam call blocking has been very effective at reducing the number of junk calls reaching the team. Ring groups make sure customers don't have to wait too long for someone.

Browser-based calling is convenient, SMS features are useful, easy to add new team members.

Honestly didn't expect much when we first tried it, but KrispCall surprised me. Being able to make calls right from the browser without installing anything is super convenient.

I really appreciate how responsive and helpful they when it comes to getting A2P 10DLC Compliance done right.

There is nothing that I dislike at this time.

It’s very simple to use and it’s dead simple.

Nothing to add right now, but it would be great if you offered more options like a monthly plan instead of charging per call.

I used Krisp a year ago, and now I’m back to using it again. The UI/UX is solid, and it’s dead simple to use.
