At the moment can't complain much about the product but at times users get slow data reporting from integrated devices and also it has a very slow internet connection.

We weren't initially sure that the product (a small BLE beacon) would serve our needs. We worked together with the sales team to understand the features. The materials they provided were very helpful and they were always available quickly and personalized their response to our needs. The product was very easy to implement and integrate with our project.

Very straightforward product selection, with all the features and ruggedness required for my clients harsh environment. This is backed by great customer serivce, both in terms of communication and helping get the product to ship quickly. This availabilty makes it an easy decision to use them again for additional implementations of our current client, and for future projects as well.

They do not have a North American warehouse or facility, so there is the risk of overseas shipping; however that has not been an issue for us. There could also be a few more product choices and small improvements, but that is nit-picking on a solid existing product.

Kontakt.io is helping out client keep track of thousands of expensive equiment, that is constantly moving not only around a facility, but an entire operational site. Knowing when things are moving, and where they are going, is an invaluable asset to have.
