It’s simple and very intuitive to use, and it presents all the information in a really clear way. I also like how adaptable it is.

I don’t have many comments at the moment. At some point, I’d like to create an API connection to extract the data into a central location for further analysis. If that isn’t possible, it would be a bit disappointing; if it is, it would be a big plus.

Compliance and sustainability screening of suppliers, as well as identifying climate risks in the supply chain, are handled through the questionnaire and the climate risk map at the beginning.

It is extremely user-friendly, even for those outside of Procurement who may not use it as often. The best feature is how clearly it shows the percentage score for each answer, by category, and overall. This information can also be exported as a PDF to share with stakeholders, which is useful because it helps validate any potential risks with a particular supplier.

From a personal perspective—and this is really just nit-picking—I wish the colours related to the score were red, amber, and green, rather than orange, blue and green. This in no way impacts the system or how the results are viewed, but in the UK we’re used to a traffic-light system.

Kodiak removes a cumbersome manual process, which speeds up supplier onboarding, due diligence, and reviews. Not only that, it has a great analytics suite, so you can integrate the data and actually get some useful insights from it to support decision-making.

Easy to create actions, good tool to send out documents to listed suppliers, perform assessments. Safe (Source) rating, Trade (Trust) results provide valuable information, good customer support.

One tool for several needs.

KodiakHub is very clear and offers all the functions necessary for me and my daily work, which are continuously being developed further. I experience great customer support and the implementation is simple and intuitive with a variety of integration options. Therefore, KodiakHub is also used daily and is more than just decorative accessory after the obligation for LKSG reporting has been removed.

Batch import of suppliers is limited to a number of 200 records.

It started with the necessity of a tool for LKSG reporting, and on top of that, a tool for managing supplier relationships was found with KodiakHub.

The option of viewing the documents without having to download them is great, and it saves LOE.

Its automation features are excellent, saving us time and reducing manual work. The platform is continuously evolving with new improvements, which makes it even more valuable over time.

1. Impressed of the overall user-friendliness on plaform, the interface, layouts, easy to navigate.

2. All the different useful modules that are ready to be switched on overnight when/if the need comes.

3. Smart actions, being able to use the platform to make the initial contact with the supplier if they have triggered a certain response in the assessment. Requesting additional feedback/comment/actions.

4. Easy Data Collection, and progress tracking of each supplier in every area.

The best thing about Kodiak is that it is easy to use and to understand. Most functions are intuitive and the visual side of it is nice. Also, the Kodiak team is helpful and approacheable and help is often offered fast if needed. Further, it is a plus that the platform evolves a lot depending on market trends and demands. For example, AI is now being more integrated in the platform and new tools to handle increasing regulatory demands are added as needed. This makes Kodiak a helpful tool to navigate supplier relationships and to work with sustainability and governance in the supply chain.

A challenge for us when it comes to Kodiak is our complex company structure. We are a 100+ company group who are operating very decentralized but at the same time aiming to use Kodiak in a streamlined way, creating in-group synergies. The support and help we get from the Kodiak team to make this a reality is good, and we hope that the platform can evolve even more in the future with solutions for company groups like our own.

Kodiak helps us stucture our ESG work and allows a common platform for all our companies to use in supplier evaluations and dialogues.
