We have only been with Knowledge city briefly but in that time, they have help advance our onboarding training to a new level. When I went to them with a bottleneck in the onboarding process, they worked with me to fix it, coming up with a solution and getting it approved in just a short period. Any time I reach out to them with a new Idea, they take it and run with it. For example, our employees use knives daily. I expressed the need for a knife safety video, and they were able to go back to their team, discuss the idea with them and get back to me and let me know that their team agreed this would be a beneficial training opportunity.

I really have not had a negative experience with them, they have been so accommodating, understanding and amazing team players, they haven't given me anything to dislike.

They have made our onboarding so much more productive. Our new employees are now more engaged in these beginning trainings. They are paying attention and asking questions. This benefits our company by having better trained individuals with a greater understanding of safety in manufacturing.

I like the quality of the training they provide and also the fact that you can have unlimited access to all the lessons. There are a lot of features that my employer could customize depending on which aspects of the training a candidate needs to catch up on. The support is also excellent.

Another important plus point is that they typically offer their programs in many languages. That helped really in my case because we had to rain someone in a language different from English.

Nothing as such, but I'd have preferred it more if they allowed users to create better customized courses. they allow ample customization, but you have to be within their framework.
