Great product which provides incredible insights for the business on both past and future prospects

What do you like best about Kluster?

Kluster can provide detailed information about our pipeline and our forecasting capabilities by showing the deals in an easy to view and accessible way. Kluster can also hold our static data in salesforce in a way we can use it to see how things are progressing and improvements. The almost limitless charting capabilities show the data in a variety of different but accessible ways.

What do you dislike about Kluster?

The team (Holly, Patrick and Olivia) are also incredibly friendly and helpful as ever to provide solutions to the problems we are having.

Recommendations to others considering Kluster?

Kluster integrates with Salesforce incredibly easily.

What problems is Kluster solving and how is that benefiting you?

It can be a bit complicated to find the chart which you are looking for. I think the filters could work slightly better as using this instead of lens' is easier to navigate.

What do you like best about Kluster?

Their customer support and the relationship with Kluster is excellent which truly helps build and get the most out of what Kluster has to offer. The platform is easy to use and clear!

What do you dislike about Kluster?

Having to pay for colour schemes seems like a nuisance. Some of the graphs and filters could be easier if they could be configured manually without asking for assistance

It is the source of our forecasting, financial reporting and revenue analytics that we use for our board of execs.

Rich data slicing tool for managing revops/sales

What do you like best about Kluster?

Quick zoom into a specific metric and the ability to build out your own dashboards. The ability to use it every day and have it integrated into other tools to ease the duplication of data entry. Great customer support and onboarding.

There are a lot of things, so you need to know your stuff or customise it so that you see what is important to you.

Great platform for forecasting

What do you like best about Kluster?

The accuracty for the calls it is able to make. It is brilliant for segmenting our different divisions and regions and gives us clear view an extremely accurate forecast roll-up. We can make calls many future months in advance.

What do you dislike about Kluster?

A lot of bloat, but might be useful if we had further adoption outstanding the forecasting.

- Syncs up well with our CRM (Hubspot) with good break down of attainment.

- Ability to add notes for forecast submissions.

- We use a Hybrid Model, and I think the layout facilitates the 2-pronged forecast very well. It's clear.

Great pipeline overview

What do you like best about Kluster?

I like the pipeline news feed and the fact that gives you insights on what actions to take.

What do you dislike about Kluster?

Sometimes it is a bit slow in projecting data from CRM.

I am able to easily scroll through my pipeline and understand the stage of each deal in detail.

Forecasting heaven

What do you like best about Kluster?

We moved to Kluster to help solve our issues with forecasting, which we were previously doing in an alternative platform. Now we have a standardised and clear view of the full teams forecast, manual and AI. The calls we are making are 95-98% accurate, the platform has been brilliant.

What do you dislike about Kluster?

Software can be a little bloated with so many views, but when build what you want it is great.

What problems is Kluster solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping us with our forecasting and accuracy in forecasting on a monthly and quarterly view. It is also helping with pacing for month or quarter.

nothing comes to mind, every sales team should use it to be better at forecasting

Forecasting is challenging, many things affect our ability to forecast effectively. But Kluster and its AI tool are routinely on the money when it comes to telling us how long deals will take, what the health of the deal is and how much pipeline we need to close what we need to hit targets.
