What do you like best about Kiwi for Gmail?

I brought Kiwi on to my organization after a recommendation from a friend. The ease with which I can switch between several of my own accounts as well as shared inboxes is unparalleled.

What do you dislike about Kiwi for Gmail?

There's not much that I don't like about Kiwi. If I had to pick one thing - I'd say more feature releases more often, but I understand they have that in the works already.

What problems is Kiwi for Gmail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time and project management, as well as security. I can easily separate my personal Google Drives from my work drives minimizing agonizing "mistakes" of mixing up the two.

What do you like best about Kiwi for Gmail?

What I love most about Kiwi for Gmail is the fact that it truly feels like a native application adding seamless integration to Google's mail services and Office Suite (Google Docs).

What do you dislike about Kiwi for Gmail?

The only major complaint I have is that I am limited to 6 Gmail accounts. I could easily do with an additional 6 -- I like to have separate e-mail addresses for separate functions.

Recommendations to others considering Kiwi for Gmail?

If you are looking to manage more than 6 Google Mail addresses simultaneously, then perhaps this is not for you, but if you can get by with 6 or less than this is an absolute dream to use.

What problems is Kiwi for Gmail solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem I am solving is easily switching between e-mail addresses like tabs on a web browser. The way Kiwi does this is just painstakingly easy compared to trying to handle multiple accounts in a single web browser. You either have to use separate profiles or manual switching without using Kiwi, and it's just a significant pain. The way Kiwi handles Google Docs makes it feel like a native Office Suite.

Makes life easier

What do you like best about Kiwi for Gmail?

As someone who has 7 different email accounts, Kiwi makes managing these accounts so much easier. Download the product and go. It's as simple as logging in to each account and magically it is there.

What do you dislike about Kiwi for Gmail?

There are no downsides. The biggest limitation is you can only do 9 accounts but I heard they are removing that cap in 2024!

Allows me to access all my email accounts at the same time with very little switching between.

Great user interface and access to multiple accounts and Google applications

What do you like best about Kiwi for Gmail?

I like the user interface and the fact that I can have multiple accounts available from the same app just by clicking on different tabs. The added bonus is the easy access to all the Google apps while still in Kiwi.

What do you dislike about Kiwi for Gmail?

My two dislikes is that once in a while it slows down a lot. It has not happened recently, but in the past I had to uninstall and reinstall. Hopefully that problem is eliminated now. It is also not super clear how to use offline, it should be made clearer and simpler. Nothing bad enough that I would not highly recommend Kiwi.

Nicer user interface than Gmail on the web and easier access to multiple accounts and applications.

No downsides. There have been a few cliches over the past few years but always quickly fixed with updates.
